Mixed Feelings about Room and Amenities

The hotel picked us up from the train station, and that was helpful.
The room lacked several amenities. I had to request a kettle and an iron from reception. The breakfast offered limited hot beverages, with scrambled eggs and bacon served daily. It was also a 10-minute walk to the downtown, troublesome during skiing days, especially with gear. A bus requires a five-minute walk.

the breakfast options here are really excellent. the staff were also helpful. they were always willing to help with village maps and navigation.
the pillows are so flat they were impossible to sleep on without a daily neck ache. the towels in the toilet are hard, so fluffier towels for comfort would be nice.

The location was convenient. A short walk brought me to the city center. The provided shuttle service made arrival seamless. They picked me up from the train station. Breakfast offered a good start to each day. A rich variety provided plenty of choice.
The ventilation system was quite loud. It made relaxing a bit difficult.

reliable stay with great service

the staff were helpful and courteous. the gentlemen picked us up and attended to us at reception. the restaurant staff were also great. i would stay again if i revisit.
the pillows are so flat i found it impossible to sleep on without a daily neck ache. the towels in the toilet are hard as cardboard. fluffier towels could have been provided for comfort when drying up.
